1. What is the Love Button?

The Love Button is a single, convenient link that lets fans instantly follow an artist, save selected albums, favorite tracks, and playlists on Spotify – all with just one tap. It combines multiple Spotify links into one simple button.

2. How does it work?

As a Member, you can create your Love Button once logged in on the website. In the form, you visually choose the artist link, all his albums links, all his titles links and up to 5 playlist from Spotify so you can generate your Love Button and begin sharing it on socials, forums, or your website. When a final user clicks the Love Button, it triggers a quick authentication with Spotify. Once authorized, it automatically follows the chosen artist, saves the specified albums and tracks to the user’s library, and follows up the playlists. No manual steps or multiple links needed – everything is handled instantly after one click for the final user.

3. Do I need a Spotify account to create my Love Button?

No. You don’t need a Spotify account to create your Love Button but as it’s dedicated for fans to follow an artist’s music on Spotify, it’s better if you are represented on Spotify.

4. Do I need a Love Button account to use a Love Button?

No. As a final user (fans) you don’t need to have a Love Button account to click a Love Button and follow all the artist’s music on Spotify.

5. Do I need a Spotify account to use a Love Button?

Yes. Anyone who clicks on your Love Button must have a Spotify account (free or premium). Spotify will prompt them to log in if they aren’t already, ensuring the saved content properly lands in their library.

6. Can I create or manage a Love Button without paying?

Yes and no. You can create a basic Love Button for free, but you may need a paid plan to edit or delete it later. Refer to our pricing details to see which features come with free vs. paid plans.

7. Can I customize my Love Button?

Yes, but you’ll need to have a paid plan if you want to modify links and display name or delete an existing Love Button. You also have the possibility to hide the ‘Show links’ toggle, customize your colors, add a custom intro text and add your socials links. Free plan users can create it once but do not have the ability to make changes afterward.

8. Can I have more than one artist link in my Love Button?

At the moment, we allow only one primary artist link, which determines the button’s main image and follow action. However, you can include multiple albums, tracks, and up to 5 playlists from that same artist.

9. How many playlists can I include?

You may include up to five playlists per Love Button. This ensures faster load times and a smoother user experience.

10. Will my fans see any custom branding when they click the Love Button?

When they click, they’ll see a standard Spotify authorization prompt. They won’t see any heavily customized branding aside from your displayed name or main artist image. Once authorized, Spotify completes the follow/like actions in the background.

11. Is it possible to track how many fans clicked my Love Button?

At this time, we do not provide built-in analytics or click metrics. You can embed your Love Button link in a trackable URL (such as a bit.ly) if you wish to gather click statistics externally.

12. Is the Love Button safe and secure?

Yes. The Love Button simply requests the necessary Spotify scopes to follow or save content in a user’s library. All logins are handled through the official Spotify OAuth process, ensuring industry-standard security.

13. Can I embed my Love Button on my website or social media?

Absolutely. You can share your Love Button URL anywhere – in a bio link, on your homepage, in newsletters, or in social media posts. As long as fans can click or tap it, they’ll be able to follow your curated Spotify content instantly.
